York Racecourse Launches New Brand Identity

Harrison:Fraser are delighted to have worked with York Racecourse over the past year to refresh its historic identity, from Brand Vision through to roll-out.

The project included a study of the racecourse’s notable history – including the role of iconic thoroughbred racehorse Voltigeur – a refinement of the logo, typographic and colour reviews as well as a broad range of applications such as the website re-skin, daily badge designs, flags and signage.

The project also saw a new internal staff engagement programme, ‘That’s Champion’, come to life. The programme encourages staff to reinforce and uphold York Racecourse’s beliefs and values and recognises excellence internally.
